RAW Remote is our remote programming delivered daily to your inbox for $50/month. The RAW Remote membership option gives you 6 days of programming (Monday through Saturday) that will take you from start to finish and can be done anywhere at anytime. Included is access to our video library as well as access to our RAW Coaching staff with any questions or needs for substitutions or scaling options via email at info@raw-training.com should you have any questions.

RAW Virtual Classes

LIVE Zoom RAW Virtual Workouts: Zoom is a free app, very simple to download and extremely user friendly. It will allow us to provide you with an interactive, live stream workout experience from start to finish - including warm up, full explanation, demos, and even your coaches and classmates to do it with LIVE! It's the second best option to being at RAW! These classes will be led by our staff who will be putting you through a full RAW workout and bring RAW classes right into your home! These classes are to help you stay motivated, stay healthy, stay connected, keep your routine on track.

Virtual Schedule

Monday RAW Workouts: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Tuesday RAW Workouts: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 12pm Yoga open to all.

Wednesday RAW Workouts: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

Thursday RAW Workouts: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm.

Friday RAW Workouts: 6am, 9:30am

Saturday: 8:00am

Sunday: Closed.

Payment for each of these virtual classes will be $10 drop in fee per session (or included in your Unlimited membership)..
