Out of Town CrossFit athletes are always welcome at RAW Training. If you have previous CrossFit experience, at least 3+ months, you are more than welcome to drop in and train with us. We ask that you please contact us (info@raw-training.com) to let us know when you plan on attending classes. You can find our complete class schedule HERE.

Your 1st Drop-in is on us!
Thanks for choosing to train with us as you travel! Be sure to email us in advance at info@raw-training.com to let us know when you will be dropping in and please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins to complete your waiver or print this one out and bring it with you. That’s it! Once you arrive please let your coach know your level of experience with CrossFit-style training, and if you have any previous injuries or limitations.
