Your Intro to Crossfit
A pre-requisite to joining R.A.W. Training (unless you have previous CrossFit experience), our fundamentals course is comprised of 4 sessions that cover an introduction to all the skills you will need to get started. We welcome everyone!
This program focuses on skill development and exposure to the basic movements in CrossFit, which will help you integrate into our group classes and set you up for success with your workouts.
We require payment to secure your spot in our Fundamentals Program, but if you attend your first session and decide this program isn’t for you; we offer a 100% refund.
