CrossFit is a broad and inclusive program encompassing weightlifting, body weight exercises, rowing, running, pushing, pulling, climbing and more!

Everyone can do CrossFit but CrossFit is not for everyone. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with only changes in load, duration and intensity. Class Pre-requisite: Must complete our Fundamentals program or have previous CrossFit experience before attending this session.
