Cardio Assault is a high intensity interval training challenge open to RAW members and non members of all fitness levels. We keep the skill set low and the energy high utilizing C2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, Sleds, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Ropes, Wallballs, Slamballs and body weight movements. Every session provides new functional fitness challenges, new modalities and new faces. It is still a great workout as in our CrossFit classes just without the barbell.
Class Pre-requisite: NONE! Open to all levels.
