What do you love most about RAW Training?

RAW’s dedicated community! The first time I attended RAW was years ago for Amy’s Kickboxing class. She made me feel like we had known each other for years. Amy, Molly & all the coaches have created an environment where everyone feels welcome and that’s where it begins! RAW Training is unique in many ways - I would say the close knit community shared by dedicated members is what brings people back day after day.

Why is exercise and physical fitness so important to you?

Exercise is my outlet to combat stress and anxiety. The physical and mental benefits that result from exercise are unmeasurable gifts.

What excites you the most when being a coach?

I am super grateful and excited to continue to bring Yoga to the RAW community. Helping people understand how to connect their physical movement to breath can be transformative. Change is possible through connecting mind, body, and breath.

How has exercise and fitness impacted your life?

Exercise has been part of my life since I was young. Sports and athletics played and continue to play a impactful role in my family life. As I get older, I realize how exercise can be a way to connect with others while taking care of our bodies. As each year passes, I am aware of the fact that movement is key to making the most out of each day.
