Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a hybrid of boxing, martial arts and group fitness.

Workout Overview
This cardiovascular challenge is complete with a sports specific warm up, bouts of intensity drills and choreography to challenge all fitness levels. The objective is not to make a "fighter" out of you, but rather give you a total body workout that will improve your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, strength, balance and core strengthening exercises that make your day-to-day tasks easier. Come jab, cross and kick your way with upbeat music and a fun and motivating environment.

Class Pre-Requisite

If you have no previous kickboxing experience, we ask you to attend our Intro to Kickboxing session (free 1/2 hr session) on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 9:00am - by appointment only.

Getting Started

To get started, follow these three steps.

1. Register Now
2. We will then contact you to set up your initial session/start date.
3. Show up on your scheduled date!
It's really that simple! Don't wait - register today to get in to your first fundamentals session and we will guide you from there to start working out and feeling great!!
