Our concept is to provide
the top athletic training techniques using a broad range of equipment in a unique way to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. 



Location

We hold all of our sessions at the Wildwood Sports Park. Located minutes from North Park at 2330 Wildwood Rd. next to Wildwood Highlands. View Map

What to Bring

To every session please bring a jump rope, a water bottle, and a towel. Classes will be held RAIN OR SHINE, SNOW, SLEET, HAIL. If the session should be cancelled for any reason, it will be posted on our calendar. Please check calendar often for updates or changes. Spouse and Family discounts available.

We also offer discounts for Military and First Responders.
