This cardiovascular challenge is complete with a sports specific warm up, bouts of intensity drills to challenge all fitness levels. The objective is not to make a "fighter" out of you, but rather give you a total body workout that will improve your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, strength, balance and core strengthening exercises while increasing lean body mass. Come jab, cross and kick your way with upbeat music and a fun and motivating environment.
