1. What do you love most about RAW Training?
I love the people and the energy they bring when they walk through the door!! We are like a family.
2. Why is exercise and physical fitness so important to you?
From a personal standpoint, I feel that by getting fit and maintaining a certain level of exercise that it will/can only benifit me as I get older. I want to always maintain a great quality of life at any age and I feel that fitness is a big piece of the puzzle.
3. What excites you the most when being a coach?
I love to see when someone hits a personal best or just to see positive changes in clients and the excitement when the client realizes it.
4. How has exercise and fitness impacted your life?
I’ve always been an active person, as a teen I participated in community sports teams then in college I wasn’t as active and really noticed that I was becoming a little ‘lazy’. Knowing what it felt like to be healthy and active and then to let myself slip into an unhealthy lifestyle I knew I needed to get back to the “old me”. So, exercise puts me in a good state of mind and physically allows me to have a good quality of movement as I continue to get older.
